Delivery Information

For residential deliveries, the flowers will be left at the front door in a safe and shady spot in the event someone isn't home. All deliveries are guaranteed to be deliveried by 6pm. For Business deliveries, we guarantee the delivery to be made prior to 5pm.

If the incorrect address has been provided by the customer, Bellfield's Florist reserves the right to charge a $10.00 re-delivery fee.
All deliveries require a contact number for the recipient to ensure the delivery is made ontime and to the correct address.

Deliveries

Residential deliveries will be made to the front door. A name and/or signature for delivery will be obtained whenever possible. On the occasion that nobody is home, deliveries will be left in a safe place (unless otherwise directed).

Please always check the details you have entered BEFORE placing your order and supply a telephone number, just in case delivery is difficult. It is important that you provide the recipients full name, a complete address (including workplace, name/building/business name, floor number etc). If you have not provided sufficient or incorrect information to enable delivery, then a redelivery charge will be applicable.

Timed deliveres are available and must be given sufficient notice, charges may apply.

Our deliveries commence at 9 am and last outer city delivery cut off is 2:30pm Monday to Friday. We do offer a service for Saturday deliveries however please contact us directly on 07 3221 5000 to place your order.

We will deliver on Sundays for days like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, however any Sunday delivery will incur an additional fee of $5.00

Refund Policy

We here at Bellfield’s Florist pride ourselves on providing you with the highest quality flowers and customising designs to suit your personal needs. Your business is very important to us and we understand that your requests should be delivered to the recipient per your direct specifications.

Our flowers are guaranteed to last over 3 days. Refunds are only given if the item did not last longer than 3 days and the instructions for the caring of the flowers were met or where delivery was not met. Any problems with a delivery need to be brought to attention within 7 days for any further action to be taken.

Due to the availability of some flowers and products, Bellfield’s Florist reserves the right to substitute.

We are delivering on Saturday 11th May and Sunday 12th May for the Mother's Day period.
